Changed your mind? No problem.

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.

How to return:

Email us at support@ascentwear.cz with your order number. We'll send you the return address or a Zásilkovna drop-off code.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping is covered by the customer. If we made a mistake or the item is faulty — we've got you covered.
